Turbo RSX Type S - RevHard doesnt feel right?

Turbo RSX Type S - RevHard doesnt feel right?
Well I made a thread on this a few days ago but I cant find the damn thing anywhere. I swear this server hates me lol.
Anyways my buddy just turbo'd his Type S. Running the reflash hondata which I know is probally SUPER conversvative. Riding in the car though, it feels not right. It doesnt pull very hard at all. AT first I thought maybe his wastegate was not hooked up. Took his car out and is making 7lbs then dropping off to 5lbs (Im curious as to why its dropping on a turbo that size?).
Anyone know why the car doesnt feel that quick. My stock internal single cam could probally donkey pump it.

i'd check for boost leaks...that could be a contributing factor to the boost falling off and the car not feeling too strong. did you pull the plugs?
