Default A few more pics of the Turbo Colt GT

more information on the colt is in my signature. everyone was complaining that the car wasn't low enough so i lowered it another inch. (had planned on it anyway...just had to modify the struts allowing the coilover to sit lower)

I still kick myself for letting this one slip away; have yet to find one as nice. Good find from back in the day Chet.

i couldn't be any happier with the car.

next is a tilton or quartermaster clutch, then aem, then an oil cooler, then a built motor...ah the list goes on.

you're colts looking nice as always Chet! one of my inspirations for my turbo mirage project... do you have any issues with rubbing with that low of a drop...im on stock ride height with 205/50/16 rims and my left front tire will sometimes rub...hmmm maybe my offset is really off? what size tires do you run?

wait, you sold that beater talon that u were just working on? hmmm

i haven't had any issues with rubbing...i'm running oem evo1 wheels, 15 x 6.5's, with 205-50-15 tires. keep in mind...i also have camber plates.

and the beater awd was just picked up by a local kid here for 4k. i had actually planned on driving the car however everything has a price.

i know, i had 1700 into the car...plus i have another 800 in parts that i still need to sell.

overall i spent 2700 on two cars. sold one for 4,000, and have another 800 in parts to sell...plus i'm keeping a spare motor, 660cc injectors, chipped ecu, fuel pressure regulator, walbro 190, fuel pressure gauge and some other misc parts.

if i really wanted to get everything out of the car...i could sell the motor, 660's, ecu and other misc parts for another 600 pretty easily.

buying and selling parts/cars is the way to go...its how i've upgraded the colt without really spending any money out of my own pocket.

Dodge Colt GT is the same as the Mitsubishi Mirage Turbo, just different badging. I actually prefer to call mine a Mirage, who wants to drive a Dodge anyway, lol.

Chet, what are the parts you're trying to sell. I need Walbro fuel pump and 550 injectors for my 2g Maf.
