Default Does my frame appear to be bent?

long story short, my friend was riding and missed and a turn so he went off the road and clipped a tree. both lower fairings were destroyed as well as cracks in the rear tail and front nose. my main concern is his wheel base has been shortened due to the wreck, and i'm hoping it was the forks/triples that was damaged in the wreck rather then the neck of the frame. well, its too hard for me to call so you guys decide.

whats throwing me off is those indentations in the frame appear to be exactly the same on both sides, so i thought maybe they were there for clearance for the forks when the handle bars are turned completely to either side.

the bike is going to the shop tomrrow, but until then i just thought what you guys might think.

i think so

the angle the fork makes with the frame doesnt seem to be correct and those indentations dont seem to be there from the factory.

exactly what i was wondering. i would imagine i'd have to take it through state patrol for inspections and maybe re-issuing a salvaged title for it.

Yeah, it's bent.

That Kawasaki label should be flat.

$1100 is that straightening it right? Sounds like a pretty reasonable price to me, still sucks though.

That sucks, Im sorry to hear that. The reason I asked was because on another board I saw a thread with "My first bike" and I saw a pic of your bike with your screen name on the bottom rite.
