I really cant think of any other way on how LSD MOTORSPORTS run their business. What a very poor customer service and very slow in understanding my order. To make a long story short, few weeks ago, i order a clutch for my gsr. I specifically told him (MIKE) that the clutch is for a GSR motor. I even made an effort to send him messages here at HT and talk with him on the phone. He said, fine and i got it...I trusted him with all my heart that the parts are all good and precise for the car. Guess what? My mistake that i trusted him when all my trans are down on ground already on a weekend and realize what he sent me was wrong part. He sent me a sohc clutch. I have been trying to get that clutch in there for good 45mins until i realize that it was a wrong one.. So i ended up buying the clutch around here and cost me more. In addition to this, i even paid for shipping for my end and all i hear was Sorry...I was disappointed but what can i do...I told myself never again to deal with this store, but then again i realize that maybe i should give him another chance and order a BREMBO CROSS DRILLED specifically for my car. guess what? he ordered a BREMBO CROSS DRILLED AND SLOTTED. I was so mad and sent him a message on how he came up with a word cross drilled/slotted when i never even mentioned the word slotted to begin with. After sending him few messages, he finally got them right. Heres another problem on shipping. I sent him here again at HT about my shipping address on where to send it and all that. I really dont know which part of the word he does not understand or cant read on where to send my package. The fedex called me in the morning about the package and the wrong address. I called them back and my shipper (MIKE) gave them the wrong address. In addition to this, i would like to correct the address but Fedex did not give me an opportunity to correct the address since im not the shipper. I have always stressed him my address on where to send the package and i cant think of any other way of communication to let him know where to send my package and getting my order right. I guess because im not a big customer and only spending few hundreds here and there...

To LSD MOTORSPORTS, just pls dont do this to other HT member here and i hope i will be the last one to experience this. thanks for ur business and promise not to deal with u guys again.
