Welcome Home!!! My new baby!

Here is my new baby. I swear to god... every time I look at my new bike my heart melts and I have that feeling when you get you are all giddy inside like a little school girl in love. It's almost like I cannot breathe. This bitch is a real torque monster and loves to pull wheelies... I've tried my best to keep the front end on the ground and it just wants to lift up no matter what, lol.
The sound on the bike is unbelievable. You guys REALLY need to go ride an RC51... they are bad ******* ***. I rode my buddies TL1000R last night and it cannot compare to the RC51... but I will admit the TL1000R is a very nice bike. I can't even begin to explain how it puts my old 600 to shame.
Some specs...
'03 RC-51
Corbin Seat
M4 High Mount exhaust
Power Commander PC3R
15-41 Rear Sprocket
Undertail Kit
CF Frame sliders
Flush mount front turn signals

Exactly what I was going to say.
Seat looks comfy although a little out of place on a 'race' bike. And could you put a passenger on there if you wanted?

The way the bike sounds is pure sex. My buddy Will got a 600RR back in May and he is already asking his fiance if he can go out and buy an RC51 now since he saw mine, lol. He even said she could have his RR and that way they could ride together, hahahahah. I loved his reasoning behind getting a new bike.
This bike is just plain unbelievable. Honda did a bad *** job in engineering this fine piece of machinery. I just ordered a smoked black double bubble windscreen for it with a CF tank pad, and CF inlay bar ends. You know... just the regular ricer add ons, lol.
I was wondering... should I stay with the stock size rear tire? This one has a plug in it and knowing that makes me EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I'm going up to honda in the morning to see what size tire they recommend going with.

If having a plug in your tire makes you uncomfortable, then get a new tire. If it messes with your mind, then you don't want it there.
Congrats on the RC! Too bad the REAL Honda Vtwins (SuperHawks) are sexier.
Did you already do the PAIR and flapper mods?
Get rid of the Dunlops soon. They don't deserve to be on such a nice bike.

I'm definetely getting a new rear... but I don't know which tire or size to go with. I don't know if the PAIR or flapper mod has been done... I'll ask the guy I got it from. I want to say he did do the flapper mod though... can you explain exactly what these mods are and what they do?
Sig changed, haha.
I went out and looked at the chain... I didn't know but the chain is actually 'gold.' Looks like I missed a spot when I cleaned the bike, haha.

stick with the stock tire size... rims and bikes are designed a way for a reason..... dont stray from whats the norm... i know many people do, but sportrider magazine had an article on it a year or so ago..... its up to you, but u change the geometry of the bike when you do it....
RC51s are the sex. My friend had one before he got his 600rr. They just sound incredible. Unforunately the day he was going to let me ride it was the day he sold it
so i never got to experience it.
