VERY POOR SERVICE FROM LSD MOTORSPORTS...
I really cant think of any other way on how LSD MOTORSPORTS run their business. What a very poor customer service and very slow in understanding my order. To make a long story short, few weeks ago, i order a clutch for my gsr. I specifically told him (MIKE) that the clutch is for a GSR motor. I even made an effort to send him messages here at HT and talk with him on the phone. He said, fine and i got it...I trusted him with all my heart that the parts are all good and precise for the car. Guess what? My mistake that i trusted him when all my trans are down on ground already on a weekend and realize what he sent me was wrong. So i ended up buying the clutch around here and cost me more. In addition to this, i even paid for shipping for my end and all i hear was Sorry
...I was disappointed but what can i do...I told myself never again to deal with this store, but then again i realize that maybe i should give him another chance and order a BREMBO CROSS DRILLED specifically for my car. guess what? he order a BREMBO CROSS DRILLED AND SLOTTED. I was so mad and sent him a message on how he came up with cross drilled/slotted when i never even mentioned the word slotted to begin with. After sending him few messages, he finally got them right. Heres another problem on shipping. I sent him here again at HT about my shipping address on where to send it and all that. I really dont know which part of the word he does not understand or cant read on where to send my package. And now, he is blaming FEDex for not putting the right address.
To LSD MOTORSPORTS, just pls dont do this to other HT member here and i hope i will be the last one to experience this. thanks for u business and promise not to deal with u guys again.

LSD motorsports should fire him or dont let him take orders AND refund your money. And, if they wanted to keep you as a future customer they would at pay for at least one of the items shipping.

i've dealt w/ mike before a couple of times. he's a cool guy. maybe there was just misunderstandings. this is who i buy my clutches from and so does my friends. he's a good seller

To Joel, We did make a mistake with your order and have apologized for it, and im not afraid to apologize again. We did send you a wrong clutch disk and yes that can be very dissappointing especially to have downtime. However the other things you stated were a little far fetched, if you werent happy with the service, thats understandable, Just keep it Factual. Even still were willing to make up for the error whatever way we can.
So for what its worth, sorry for not being perfect

What is not factual with all i wrote in there? hey man, i even had all our conversations and im not going to bust this out just to make u look really bad in here...in addition to this, its not about being perfectionist, its more of executing the transaction on a very reasonable and efficient manner rather than not paying attention to the detail that a customer is asking for. Im not going to argue with u on this, its not going to do me good to argue. i guess S*** happens for a reason.

Willing to make up for the error? You had the guy pay shipping several times back and fourth for something he didnt order and then charged him again to ship the right product? Clear this up for me because he didnt state whether he paid shipping back n fourth for the bremos.
If he did pay shipping for the wrong and right items then you guys should have made up for the error and sent him the right item back with free shipping. I think thats pretty fair.
Oh well live and learn, nobodies perfect, but as a business you guys should have helped us (him), the customer out on that one.

We always help our friends (customers), We even go out of our way to do so, As i stated the way he made things sound was not very factual. the wrong rotors were never shipped to him and he never had to pay any kind of return shipping fees. Im sure he can state this. Check our threads to see how much we do to help our customers out
