if you are talking about internal, yes. externally, no the bolt pattern is off, but i mean your vac and return lines hook up the same and all it just mounts different. i want to say the b series mount holes and pressure port inlet are all inline and d series is a weird slight triangle configuration. i have rigged a d series regulator to work on a b series rail with no adapters.
