Default What next for my DC4?

Here are a couple pics of my car. I need to decided what I should do next with it. Im planning on painting the rims, just because I want a change and can't afford another set yet. Any suggestions on color?

Also, I have done lots of searching on high-flow cats and test pipes. It seems there are positives and negatives to both. Im in Oregon and don't have to worry about smog. I currently have a DC 4-2-1 header, Type 1 B-Pipe, and a Spoon N1 axle-back. What would be a better choice for this set up?

Thanks in advance.

Sell your hood, you can hardly tell the diff. Use that money to buy new rims, and sell your rims to get a carsound straight cat. and have some money left for beer. Thats my opinion.

Yup, AN-R/Bisimoto and RMF are dope headers for the money, and then of course there's Hytech, DTR, and SMSP if you are looking to really step it up. That coupled with a good intake like the J's and a good tune would be wise.
