i just bought a 1990 crx dx. i got it for 300. it had a blown headgasket. i am a mechanic at hendrick honda and had a spare 92 civic si head laying around so i put it on. i also have a 1993 civic lx manifold. what all do i need to make that manifold work on my car? any help would be great.

 

were talking intake manifold right? Is the dx wired for multi point?

 

dx's are almost always DPFI.

go to http://www.4gcivic.net and hit the link for mpfi conversion. or search this board for mpfi swap.

 

yes intake manifold. it has whatever has 2 injectors and looks like a carb.

You have to wire up for multi point and if its a vtec head you can also find a write up on how to wire that also . Search on the site there are a cupple of write ups on it and on the mini me itself also.
