ok so i went to have an estimate on my car at an aftermarket kinda place. you know custom body kits and the cheesy stuff and i asked if they painted cars. they do all kinds of painting and they estimate that my 93 whole car paint job is between 1500-2500 depending on the body work. i have done most the body work on my car so far but im thinking if i possibly do this then i will let them finish the job for that much money. im curious to know if thats a fair price though.
they said that a typical paint job is painting EVERYTHING(as in taking doors off and trunk, hood, etc to pain in the jams and innards of the hood and trunk.) and they finish any body work that needs to be done. and i have still like 100$ worth of work to finish in fixing this body. i bought it as a total junk car and am building it up slowly to sell. nothing too performance wise but sell wise. new suspension, nice paint ,etc.
trying to save post placing i searched in the forum a bit but couldnt find anything but anybody got 4th gen fenders to sell? i need to replace mine?

sadly i dont. i dont even know how to use this computer barley because its my moms boyfriends mac. and its all i have for now. i dont know how to get pic up yet. but as for the car it was pretty smashed up when i got it. the lady i bought it froum was t-boned. i bought a junkyard front passenger door. the back i had to use about two and a half cans on bondo to fill the massive dent in the rear passenger door. the theres also about 7 or 8 dents on various places about the size of a dime. i put spotting putty on ost of them. and i hand sanded my car down so its pretty scratched up now. it still needs like a good day or 2 worth of work to get it in shape. the front right fender is smashed tho and the left side fender has a bunch of dings in it. i wanted new fenders to replace them. all the junkyards i know didnt have them or only had one. so yeah thats the best discription i got now at this moment in time. like i said i need some stock fenders if anyones selling them

 

wow sounds like alot of work for a car that is almost 13 years old

 

..get the fenders at a junkyard or something...
