Default need help on some codes...

i have a 2000 civic with a b16 manual swap..my car is throwing a p1399 code, which is a controlled ignition system or misfire.. and a p0141 code which is a 02 sensor heater circuit malfunction..(bank 1 sensor 2). i have no idea what to do. i need help. asap... what is wrong with my car and what should i do..

You need a new secondary O2 sensor and you need to diagnose a misfire. Aftermarket ignition components are a no-no, and worn OEM components should be replaced.
