Default Scraping sound coming from wheel

My brake started popping whenever I let off it yesterday and now it sounds as if something is scraping against my wheel, but the sound stops when I apply my brakes.
Any idea what the problem might be?

Sounds like a caliper opening too far to me? I don't know hondas very well though. Sounds like you need to take the wheel off and take a look.

The most likely cause is that you need new brake pads, and the "squeaker" (metal tab) is coming into contact with your rotors. It's designed to do that, to tell you to change the pads.

Other possible causes include something (e.g. a pebble) getting inside the caliper, or maybe something bent the splash guard so it's coming into contact with the rotor.

Thanks. The pads were changed a few weeks ago, so I was thinking a pebble got stuck between the pad and the rotor, but I don't think that would explain why the sound stops when I apply the brakes.
