HF and Si engine harness is there a difference?

HF and Si engine harness is there a difference?
I have been wondering for quite some time now. I guess I haven't researched the best but just out of curiousity was wondering if there is a difference between the HF and Si engine harness's??
They both are MPFI but are there different connectors or different pin outs going into the main harness or going into the ecu?
