cable clutch quiestion

cable clutch quiestion

when it starts slipping to you want to tigthen it or loosend it? ive been loosening it. am i doing the right thing?

alright i just noticed the rubber peice of the cable is under the release arm. is it suppose to be under or over. i tried looking for pics but i cant ifnd em . its a stock crx si.
