I need to know how to switch the stock coil with with a MSD coil. My friend gave me a MSD coil and MSD ditributor cap. I want more spark could someone direct me to an install. thanx Oh and how often should one change spark plugs.

You have 2 wires that go to the stock coil now, one + and one -. You will have to put a little hole in the side of the dizzy cap to run the wires through. Hook the + to the + side of the coil and the - side to the - side of the coil. Then you will need a coil plug wire to run from the cap to the new coil. Make sure you put the wires back on the new cap the same way you took them off, and make sure the new wires you are useing inside the cap are not gonna hit the rotor or anything in side there. It kinda looks like this.

I just did mine a couple days ago and the ignition control module took a **** on me. Luckily my friend had a spare dizzy
