Cant figure it out - Integra

I hava a 91 integra, i was drivin 1 day and the car just shut off, i popped the hood and found i blew an alternator belt, replaced that, but the car wouldn't turn back over. Checked the stater, alternator, distributor. After giving up for about 3 months, i decided to go dick around with it and realized the the fuel pump wasn't turning on, im in the process of checking that.

~Advice is welcome, help please

that chassis and the CRX is famous for having a shot main relay. replace it.
