Question from a lack of education. Noticing the white hatch with the wheelie bars, is this a speed requirement (cages are required over a certain speed or under a certain et correct?) or is this an aid to try keep the weight shift to a minimum or is it something that is necessary so the chute doesn't try to pull the front of the car up by the rear (like do the rear wheels become a fulcrum point?)?
