Who makes charger kits for the H22

Who makes charger kits for the H22?

I know Jackson but I can't seem to find one made by Vortech all though people have said that they make them?

any insight?

vortech doesnt make one as far as i kno, jackson is it, there is another place that was makin a kit but i havnt heard anymore about it- buy a turbo, do it right, and make hp-
