D16Y8 in to eg
ok i have a d16y8 in to my 92 cx and i got the car like this i notice the o2 sensor is not hooked up it is also a 1 wire o2 sensor, car smokes when it hits vtec, smells like its running really rich and sputters at 1500 rpm almost like 2step lol i searched and i couldnt find anything about this swap in to a eg i want to find out extacly everything that needs to be done!

well of COURSE its not gonna run well. The D16Y8 is from the 96-00 Civic EX, and OBD-II engine. You need two O2 sensors, one before and after the cat. converter, and they are both the 4 wire O2 sensors.
