Default New swap. No headlights or alarm? Checked fuses, dont know whats wrong!

So i just got a new engine installed in my CRX. It is a 1990 Sia dn has the JDM front and a first gen b16a. I got the engine installed and now i have no headlights and no alarm! It is driving me f'ing crazy. I checked the fuses and they are all good and perfect. I dont have a lot of electrical knowledge and i need some help. The car sat for 2 months but the battery is fine and alternator too. Got them checked out at VatoZone today. If anyone could help me out i would be very grateful. Thanks.

Take it back to wherever you got the swap done.

Having no headlights is probably a result of the JDM front end.

Fixing the alarm should be simple. I'd follow the red wire from the alarm to whatever wire on your car it goes to. Then probe the wire with a DVM and see if it's got a constant 12V. If not I'd either troubleshoot that circuit or just move it to another circuit that puts out a constant 12v.

all sorts of strange things happens if you forget a ground wire. i would check to make sure that the ground junction on the front left side up near the headlight is bolted up to the fender wall. its a white plug with about 4 or 5 wires that go into it, and a metal bracket that holds it to the wall. there is another similar one on the right side up near the headlight, but i dont think your headlights would be messed up with that one.. if i remember correctly.
