When driving around at low speeds my car makes a womp womp womp womp sound coming from the front of the car. There is no vibration, only the sound. You can not feel anything in the steering wheel. The noise is very consistent in interval, and is audible over my solid motor mounts. The noise is the same in gear or w/ the motor off coasting.

I have a power steering system, just the pump is not being driven. I have rotated tires and the sound is stationary.

I'm looking for insight as to what can make such a noise w/ no actual viabrations.
