Default Help with first mods to GSR

I just bought a 98 GSR... did my suspension and rims/tires. I DONT want to do exhuast thats gonna make my car sound like a rice rocket. is intake and headerrs alone worth it? also is there any exhuast that would be as close to stock sounding that also works well in HP gains? thank you

any other input would help
