Default OBD2 oil pump with CKF?

Hey I just found out that I need the ckf sensor to pass bar with my b18c so now i am not 100% sure about the parts I need.
1. I know I need a 96 gsr oil pump.
2. CKF sensor and hardware.
3. lower Timing Belt cover
4. Timing belt gear? not sure why do I need this?
5. I have never taken one of these obd2 oil pumps apart, do I need something else inside for the ckf sensor to read?

you just need the pump, the pump has the magnet built into the pump so the ckf can read it. that's all

do you have a visual inspection of sensors?
If not you can wire the ckf to the ckp

I thought of doing that. But I know the ref who is going to be looking at my car and he is fairly cool but I know he wouldnt pass me if he figured that out and then I would end up on his bad side so I am just gonna do it by the book. though I am not excited about dropping the oil pump but thats what must be done so I am just gonna go for it.
