Because of the rain, they'll probably let him race. Other drivers have gotten in before under similar situations.

His practice times were within the 107% range of the pole sitter, so they'll probably let him start.

Anyone else think that F1 commentated by an American sems kinda weird?

No weirder than SPEED(vision) World Challenge commentated by a Brit (Derek Daly).

I thought it was great when he was talking over Ralf during the press conference, to tell us that he talks more than his brother

But yes, Sato will start the race.

Honda's looking a little embarrassed... even Toyota in their FIRST race EVER gets a point...

Actually, he was trying to segway into the commercial break, he just didn't go a good job of figuring out the timing. Hey, as bad as the Honda teams had it, their day still wan't as bad as Arrows and Sauber! Though none of the Hondas finished, the good news is that none of the other mid-pack teams finished either. Jag proved they are nothing to worry about, so since Renault, Sauber, BAR, and Jordan all DNFed both cars, they didn't lose any ground.

Hey Spade, Irvine finished 4th.

I think Honda deserves to get its butt kicked. They just aren't showing the kind of drive they did when their cars were powering Williams, then McLarens. I feel bad for Villeneuve being stuck in such a shitty team.

And? a minardi was 5th. The toyota seemed relatively well sorted as did the renault or however it's spelled.
