thinking about these...
they are good safety wise but they arent practical. Who wants to wear one of those if you are riding to someplace rather than just cruising? I say if you are racing

Did you know B18CivicHB that a majority of the accidents happen within a close proximity of your home???? Hell On both of my accidents, were within a 5 mile distance from my home. I always wear my jacket/helmet and gloves when i am riding. I havent gotten myself a complete suit, but once i do get it I will wear them as much as possible. To see my buddies arms roadrashed up is more than enough for me to spend the extra few mins to put all my gear on, and sweat a little here in florida.

For me the suit is more "poser" factor than saftey
I rarely ride more than 50% of my ability.
I need the other 50% for the cages and so on.

Well said mad skillz. It doesnt matter how good of a rider you are it matters how bad the drivers that are around you. It doesnt matter who's at fault in a bike accident cause the rider never wins....... as far as injuries are concerned.
I am looking into the spidi suits, I was gonna get a dainese tattoo suit, but they do not come perforated, and it gets hot as hell here in florida.

I wont get dainese simply for the "Die In These" Stigma
I didnt mean dont wear anything at all, i just meant not a full suit. They just dont seem practical to me. I have a jacket with armor in the back, shoulders and elbows. I wear Joe Rocket leather gloves and my ICB's (Individual Combat Boot) every time i ride.
