Default H22a w/Eagle Rods, Machining?

I'm searching around for some new rods for a friend. He has a turbo'd h22a with darton sleeves and srp pistons. I've found some nice prices for Eagle ESP H-beam rods here on H-T. As far as I'm aware, they will withstand the hp he's looking for (350-400whp). He had some damage done the other day (possibly the rod bearings spun), so he's ripping it apart today and is going to put new rods in. But what I'm wondering is if there will be any machining needed to put them in properly. I recall seeing something a long time ago about having to machine a block for the Eagle rods, but I'm not sure it was even the H22 (maybe a d16?). I've been searching around on forums and google since last night, and haven't found anything. So before I tell him to order them, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if these will just go in with no problem or if machining will be required. If something needs to be machined, are there any that don't? Looking for something he could put in himself, in his living room . I greatly appreciate any help.
