power steering pump: usdm to jdm swap????

power steering pump: usdm to jdm swap????
Anyone have a fix for the power steering pump from a d16y8 motor to a jdm b16? On the hoses the connection is different. Any fixes? I.E.stock Y8 hose adapter to pump has lasrger diameter than jdm b16 pump can fit.
