??Adjust Valves to b18c5 Specs or B16??

I have a b18c5 bottom end with b16 head stock internals. Should I do it to b18c5 specs or b16? I did a search couldnt seem to find this question being answered already.

Since the valves are located in the motor's head. It then follows. . .

With that said, the specs are the same.
