Default audio - kenwood kdc-x979 sub output help

alrite, so ive installed quite a few systems for friends and such, but mine is jus confusing me.

i have a kenwood excelon kdc-x979 head unit. the rca's on the back are as follows

2 aux in (red.white)
2 front (red.white)
2 rear (red.white)
1 sub woofer (black)
1 center (black)

the manual doesnt explain how to hook it up, the aux front and rear are paired together were as the sub and center are seperate and there is only 1 rca for them

the amp (like prtty much every amp ive ever seen) has 2 rca's (red / white) or left channel right channel.

how do i hook this up? i contacted kenwood and they didnt give me an answer do i plug it into sub and center? or run a mono to stereo adaptor at one of the ends.

but if i run a mono to stereo adaptor i will only have mono on the subs

well thanks for looking and thanks for helping

did some thinging, and just thought. is this deck perhaps mono sb output only? more like a home theater system....

You will want to run your subs in mono anyway, if the amp that you are using for sub bass does not have the ability to use one input then just use a "Y" adpt. 94
