It's the tranny, upper mount bolting point. I probably need a new housing How much? anyone know? Is it worth it?

This is off the wreck I bought, not my car:D

I was thinking of something like that, taking it to a machine shop and having it machined flat and using a long thick washer to take up the slack. There's still about 3/4" - 1" worth of thread left.

Unless you can get it super cheap I wouldn't bother with trying to get a new housing. That's going to be tricky to find.
