i might get sum gsr rear disc brakes for my eg. i have the superstreet teins on right ow, i wana know if they will fit properly, and also will the lower control arms from a gsr be compatible wit the teins? what else do i need to properly install the discs. any help is much appreciated...honda tech rules!!!!

There are many archived threads about this, I suggest a search. However the LCA's from tegs 1990-2001 will fit on any 88-00 civic. So the teins will work just fine, and even getting replacement LCA's will be alright. If you get the entire trailing arm from a junkyard just take everything that is bolted to them, and try to get the ebrake cables out without cutting them. Or you can be like me and just buy new ones

I belive you will also need a bigger master cylinder too and possibly a porportioning(spelling?) valve.

Yes I forgot to mention, a 15/16th master cylinder off a 1991 civic ex should work with your stock booster. I opted to use the teg brake booster and the teg master cylinder, just make sure to trim some of the push rod that comes out of the booster or else your brakes will stay engaged and that would suck, I know cause it happened to me.

you don't have to trim the rod if you get the right bb and mc .. i had the same problem .. the only reason you had to trim it was because you picked up a gsr/gs/ls booster and bolted it on to rs (non-abs) m/c .. the bolt patterns are the same but the gsr/gs/ls booster has a longer push rod .. the gsr is a 290nm .. the rs is a 260nm .. well .. if you got questions on brakes stuff .. just aim me ..
