Can anybody tell me how much torque do I need for the valve cover bolts?

Umm, Dude...You can do it by hand. A 10mm wrench will work...

 

yeah but even a little kid can break the studs, they are so weak. I'm not sure about the H series but the B series I use to just slightly tighten it, then turn on the motor for a bit and then re-tighted it just a bit.

Remember just a bit too much will break the dam studs.
