Default Problems

Whats up everybody. Im new here, and I need some help. I have a 2000 Civic EX coupe. Its a manual D16Y8 with 80,000 miles. I constantly go to the track. I got my time down to a 15.9, then did more work. I added a Skunk2 pro series intake manifold, ACT street clutch, ACT streetlite flywheel, Skunk2 cam gear, and Unorthodox Rcaing pulleys. When I installed my clutch and flywheel, the air assist valve solenoid was broken. It is controlled by the water pump thermostat. It was causing my car to surge at idle. I plugged the hole and it seemed to run fine, but now I cant run better than a 16.2, all damn day. So needless to say, Im pissed. No one can tell me anything except to take all the parts off and start over. In case it matters, I also have a VAFC2, an MSD ignition and a few more things. Please help.
