SCAMMED! By HIDplace.com. Story inside. Don't Buy From Allen.
Well i baught an HID kit awhile ago, and when it came i loved it. (for the first 2 days) Then after the the passenger ballast started giving me trouble, sometime it wouldn't turn on. Then it just completey went out. I re wired the kit just to do it. Replaced all the fuses. Still nothing. So i contact Allen, and he was cool. At first. So i sent him the ballast and he said he'll send me another 1. So i sent him the ballast about 5 months ago, he said it will take some time because the actual manufaturer is in Hong Kong, so i said ok. So now i try contacting him all the time cause it's starting to **** me off, and no response at all. Then one time i got a response, and he said the ballast was held up becuase of Katrina, funny. Cuz his store is in New york, and I'm in Maryland. Both not affected at all by Katrina. Now he won't respond to me at all!
Just my rant, please don't do any business with this man. Unless you want the treatment i got.

Thanks for your posts Bryan, I'm sure the Honda community will stick with its members and not purchase from me. If anyone is interested in reading my 30+ pages of reviews on Nissan Club or my reviews on EvolutionM, I'd be more than happy to link you.
Also Bryan, We work with the distributor in Hong Kong. This way you will not get a product which has been sitting on a store shelf for months just like in other HID sellers.
Your form of contact has been instant message, you have never called the direct phone number and I believe I only received 1 e-mail from you.
All of the mail lately has been effected by the storm, because of the influx of donations and other things which are being sent over to the south. We received our shipment of replacements parts yesterday. The date the shipment went out of Hong Kong was on 9/2/05. So it seems like it was effected.
You also did not ask me how the warranty process works either, all you did is send in your ballast and then keep on instant messaging me.
Since we do now have spare ballasts to send out, we could send yours out, But if you insist I am a scammer then i must stand up to the good name which you have posted upon me.
If you'd like to have this situation handled accordingly, please e-mail me.
Thank You,
Allan Barshtak
