As the title states ; Where can I buy new 99-00 Civic Si 4th and 5th gears?

I checked with gear-speed.com, but they charged $600 for some used gears . Isn't that about twice the price they cost new?

I actually bought it from a local Honda dealership but from what I understand they are good.
