Where to buy ITR axels?

Doing a 5 lug conversion and the B16 axels won't work with the swap becasue there a different "thread" where could I get ITR axels? Thanks

USDM or JDM ITR axles?

USDM: AutoZone, Napa, dealership, etc.
JDM: custom axles or used ones from an importer or whatever

Are the JDM ones the same as the USDM ones or are the JDM ones a different thread then the USDM ones?

USDM ITR = 32mm spline
JDM ITR = 36mm spline

I am just going to trade the guy that I'm getting the 5 lug off of. My b16 axels for his JDM ITR axels....Thanks guys!
