Default Head unit sit flush?

I have a pioneer DEH-P4600MP, i test fit it in the car and it sits recessed a bit into the dash, and doesn't line up with the slight angle towards the driver that the dash has in that area. The car is a 95 civic hatch, and the project is wire in this head unit, and completly rewire the speakers (some pioneer 3 ways and infinit kappas, car came with em)
I want to know if buying the civic kit for the HU is going to get it to sit less recessed, and maybe conforming to the angle of the dash. I don't want to bother if it wont. Are there easy and cheap ways to get it to site where i want? Thanks.

the dash kit should bring it out alittle so its not flush with the dash. But either way it still does the good. Ill get a pic up soon!

Is this your dash http://www.installdr.com/Insta...7.pdf if so there is no kit for it, but what you can get is "din depth reducers" You can get them at any car audio install shop, you may even get one free, they come with some install kits and are not needed, I keep about 10 of each size on hand just in case I need one, [for cars like yours]. 94

If they don't make a kit for your dash, you can just buy a universal and cut it to fit.

There is no dash kit for the 92-95 civics, you cage load all of them.
