There's lots of good stuff here:
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=766629

Or, just contact King Motorsports and get the Mugen intake for the ITR.
(like Kendall said below)

Mugen = tha bestest
J's = good throttle response, possiblility of heat soak
ARC w/ induction chamber = supa bling and mega $$$$

i went from aem cold air to comptech's ice box air ram intake. as far as performace goes seems about the same. a little more pricey. i like it because its quiter and looks more like the factory air box. eventually ill get some dyno comparisons.

The Icebox suks,,, err I mean is great

Costs less than the Moojen, doesn't suck hot air like the J's or similar short ram, outperforms the AEM and doesn't require any power robbing bypass valve to maintain anti-hydrolock safety. Plus the filter flows better than gauze and paper, but needs to be cleaned and maintained more often.

i lost power going to the comptech ice box from the aem itr cai, so i went back to the aem and then moved up to a Top Fuel and made the most power (top fuel = the REAL whale *****..j's stole the idea/design)

Someone dig up GUILOTINE's old whale ***** vs. aem cai thread.

'Cause I don't see any dyno sheets here to back up these claims.

I love my Mugen Intake. I got a 7 hp gain from 2000 RPM all the way to redline with the Mugen Intake.

Yes, I got 7 HP over my stock intake. The test was performed on a Dynojet in 105 Degree F Ambient Air Temps.

So I guess is $100/hp?
Stock is good enough.
