Default Car stutters from 1st to 2nd gear

this happens sometimes when i go from 1st to second gear. the car will sputter for a second and the check light flashes once, and then pickup again.

now the wire for my map sensor is a little loose, so that might b it.

also my car overheated last night. and after that my check engine light died.

do these things blow out ocasionally? and how can u replace it?

pull the code out to see whats flashing at you

could be misfiring if it just flashes??

o2 code and automatic code is all i get, cause im running an automatic p28.

i dont have a o2 cause the car didnt come with one, so could that cause occasional missfire tho? and only during 1st to secodn gear shift?

You don't have an O2 sensor in? So you essentially have a hole in your exhaust?
