Default mini-me killling me..

okay heres the thing..got my mini me done..y7 bottom end y8 head..got every thing hook up, plugged up, filled with all fuilds and started the motor. it idles fine but when i give it alitttle gas the motor dies out..even on a cold start and at operating temp...if i instantly give it gas the motor will die out..mods are i/e, str fuel rail, walbro 255..help please..motor is in a obd2 car..using stock p2p ecu..

Is your timing set properly? Do you have a FP gauge to check your fuel pressure? The 255 pump is overkill for the setup and it could be flooding out/super rich altough it shouldn't be if you have the pressure adjusted properly.

no codes, i do have fuel preasure gauge and regulator...the 255 pump was in there from my recent turbo setup and i sold my stock one..fuel pressure is set at stock..cant check my timing no timing gun..

check your cam timing, not your ignition timing. You can always loosen the dizzy and rotate it while the car is running to find the spot where it runs best, but it won't run worth a **** at all with the cam timing off.

i already tried doing that..tried it at different spots to see what worked best..still ran the same..

Take off the upper timing cover and rotate the motor to TDC and make sure the timing marks are aligned properly.
