What are the differences in the Tein HA and the SS models??? Ready to buy a set, and I am considering them both. The specs look the same, and the price is almost the same.

 

the SS models do not have the helper springs and the HA models have the helper springs. also, the SS models will fit the US spec civics/integras so that you do not have to change out the rear LCA's to ITR ones. the SS models are also a bit cheaper than the HA's.

 

you can use HA's but the LCA's have to be changed. Point of the SS's is to not replace the LCA's.

As new as they are I expect we will all be learning the details for the next few weeks.

 

What do they helper springs do and they make a big difference? Does the SS fit the ITR without any modification or are they strictly for the civic/teg lineup?
