I've got a 95 Frost White teg (98 conversion) awaiting a paint job. My first question is would it look weird if I painted the whole outside of the car championship white, but left things like doorjams and the engine bay frost white? If not going champ white, would white pearl look good? Let me know!

 

my original was taffeta white..you could tell the differences if look in engine bay or side door really close but from far away..it blend.

 

Unless you show this car from time to time, I wouldn't worry about that. They are both white, not too much different. And when your driving, noone sees your doorjambs and engine bay.

 

yeah i painted my DA form the dullish white that was on their to a RX-7 bright white, you couldnt telltoo much of a difference unless you were right up on it...but it was also for race not show.

 

anyways what do you guys think of pearl white?

 

pearls are nice definately.

I say stick with what you wanted before and go CW.

 

yea i would say... if u are showing ur car... u need doorjams and engine bay... if not it really doesnt matter too much....

pearl is nice too.. but i like the championship white better

 

I say get the pearl... and the jams and bay won't look too bad if you leave them.
