Honda cbr 600 what kind of times does it do on 1/4 stock
i am wondering i have a friend and he has cbr 600 and i wanted to race him but i know they are fast bikes but what kind of times stock cbrs do on 1/4... any web page would help or any information...
i can't remember off the top of my head, but in the magazines it was listed around 10.8 or so.
Mid to high 13's? I could do that on my Huffy.
(edit: the 10.8 i listed was for the CBR600RR, not sure which CBR you're talking about)

I have seen stock ones go 10.90's at 128 ish with nothing more than a slip on and -1 up front, and yes, I consider that stock lol, slip ons with no tuning are pretty much for looks.
Average rider can still swing low 11's out of them all day.

CBR600RR compression ratio is already 12.0:1, seems like alot of work to only go up .1 CR, and still run an 11.3

first off don't race...2nd, if you think you can beat an 11 sec. bike good for you but the underlying fact is don't race.
ill race it just was wondering how quick they are i believe his model year is 99 . But in the real world its up to a driver to he might suck and do mid 11's we will see. plus the car i got weights only at 1870 pounds so thats a plus for me ...hehe. i have a friend that has n/a type r at 235whp running 11.5 on quater mile with no traction 1 2 gear... my setup is going to come out around 265-290whp 13.1 compression . i know it is gona be a good race. I ll post a video as soon i do it. tx all for the info.
