running obd1 dizzy on obd2

Default running obd1 dizzy on obd2

my car is obd1 and i wanna put the obd2 dizzy in it..

the guy selling the engine doesnt have the dizzy so would i be able to use my obd1 dizzy?

my car is carby so i know i would need fuel tank/pump/lines

i would also need an ecu and wiring harness correct?

am i missing something at all?

Nope.

You need an OBD1 Dizzy, unless you rewire it, which is a pain in the ***.

ok i think i worded my question wrong

the engine that i am getting (d16y8) doesn't have the dizzy - and it's OBD2.

So can I use my OBD1 dizzy?
