Hello All, My 90 DX for some reason doesnt like to past 5250 in gear or 5500 in nuetral...any suggestions on how to fix this prob??? surely it cant be RPM limiter???!! also one more thing my car wouldnt start this after noon.... i know what the problem was i fixed it (ignitor and ignition coil) but now for some reason my rpm's read 0 now while moving.... what sensor and where?... also i work at Hendrick Honda as a "Future Tech" any extra knowledge that you can provide will be greatly appreciated!... Thank you!

 

btw my rpm gauge supposedly relines 6250 and tacs at 6500 ive had an accord like this before never had a prob with rpms!

I don't know.... i'm guessing... ...hope someone has a better idea of what it is..

 

You make sure the wiring related to the job you just did ignitor/ignition coil were all properly hooked back up? Check for any wire issues in that area.

 

ok well the rpm gauge was fixed that was easy.... now... a little help with my redline prob would be wonderful!
