Im installing a new deck into my car and the speakers arent working, I plugged into the harness.... I'm not good with electronics.... theres one connector that i dont know if it needs something or something is missing... but i got the main part plugged in. when my cd player got stolen what could they have ripped out to do this and how do i fix it?

 

what color is the wire your not sure of. pics would also help if you can.
