I have a built b20 motor, professionally built. After the break in period, the motor has become very noisy(ticking from the head). Now I know a valve adjustment should solve it, but I've done that twice now, and the valves are all in spec. Now, my question is does anyone else tighten them down further than what honda recommends? To me, it almost sound as if the ticking is coming from the valve adjustment screw, when there is no load on it and is able to move. Any ideas or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
