omg...my intercooler end tanks curve in and i need it to go straight.
like title says..and i dont need it to curve in.
yeah it curves toward the engine bay and it will hit the radiator fan if i try to mount it there...can i mod the end tanks safely so they dont leak pressure?

what kind of intercooler is this? sounds like an srt4 intercooler
forgot..i bought it from egizzle8. the end tanks are plastic so i just cut the end off and im thinking of somehow welding or glueing another peice onto the end to make the pipe go straight.

yea. many factory intercoolers have an aluminum core and plastic end tanks.
i have seen people fiberglass them (to modify em) and use JB Weld as well.
obviously the best thing to do would be to get aluminum end tanks welded on.
