yeah it curves toward the engine bay and it will hit the radiator fan if i try to mount it there...can i mod the end tanks safely so they dont leak pressure?

forgot..i bought it from egizzle8. the end tanks are plastic so i just cut the end off and im thinking of somehow welding or glueing another peice onto the end to make the pipe go straight.

yea. many factory intercoolers have an aluminum core and plastic end tanks.

i have seen people fiberglass them (to modify em) and use JB Weld as well.

obviously the best thing to do would be to get aluminum end tanks welded on.
