Fog lights don't work - possible reasons?

Fog lights don't work - possible reasons?
Hey
So a while back my JDM fog lights stopped working on me. I tried to swap some components from Shakes' lude to see what the problem was and we couldn't find anything. Both bulbs are OK, switch is OK, relay is OK. We found the ground disconnected but after reconnecting it it still didnt work. Now im stumped. How can I diagnose what the problem is and get these to work again? Thanks.

use a volt/ohm meter, and test it for continuity.. touch the one prong to one side of teh wire, and the other prong to the other... and if it isn't broken sumwhere, itll beep.. and if it id broken, then nuthin 'll happen...
