Default RIP KK!

To the people that knew him here from the Type R forum and honda-tech in general, please include him in your prayers. He showed the true passion in motorsports and to his fellow car enthusiasts.! He started Evolutionm.net that grew rapidly.

Oh no!

I read that very same article on CNN yesterday and I wondered if anyone from H-T or the import tuner scene knew Mark Modaressi from Irvine, Ca.

That's really terrible news.

I don't know what to say, but I hope there is swift justice.

This is such a horrible thing that has happened. It is sad to see that someone died that some people on these forums knew him... May he rest in peace and may the person who caused his death stay in jail for a long time or have a bad consequence.

I don't know if any of you picked up in this in the article, but the reporter mentioned that during questioning the police had to determined that this guy knew 'right from wrong' by questioning.

It saddens me that these ******* defense lawyers out there have made up all this bullshit so now some scum back asshat can get a lower sentence by 'proving' to the court that the **** didn't know what he was doing. What a god-damn cop out.

This son-of-a-bitch deserves nothing more than a life sentence w/out parole in a maximum security prison and some kind of painful diliberate torture. But the ******* PC, tree-hugging politicians will not allow that.

What a ****. I seriously hope these families takes this guy to the god-damn cleaners!!!

I am so heated right now I could seriously punch someone.

OMG! I can't believe this has happened! I knew Mark since 2000 when he brought his R to Summit Point. I however didn't know he had moved out to CA. He was from Maryland. I was asking about him last year as I hadn't seen him at any track events at SP. His name is still on my Mid Atlantic Registry. My condolences go out to his family!

This is really, really sad and tragic. If anyone knows the family's contact information or funeral arrangements, please let me know. I would like to send flowers or a donation.
